Our Story

While this is My story, I say Our because no one makes it to where they are - personally or professionally - alone. My story began as a first-generation child interested in becoming a pediatrician and transformed into a bright-eyed college kid who, once introduced to the world of public health, never looked back.

As I progressed in my education and started developing skills, I realized my passion was around the business side of healthcare and helping as many people in the world as I could. Not from the bedside or the boardroom - but on the ground. Whether grassroots efforts with non-profits; programmatic work with healthcare systems, hospitals, and health departments; federal or global health efforts with the CDC; or all of the above through client consulting - I was going to make my impact in a real tangible way. That mindset has allowed me to explore many areas both within and outside of healthcare, to meet countless amazing change-makers in the industry, and to gain a plethora of experience in the field.

Many organizations want to support their employees, wow their customers, satisfy their stakeholders, grow in the market with a diverse workforce and portfolio, and improve their bottom line. With that I have been able to utilize my skills and expertise well beyond public health into technology, hospitality,  non-profit, and even law.

Now that I have years of experience and deep industry knowledge as well as passion and expertise for cultural and organizational transformation - I'd like to share it with the world and help companies both big and small be the best they can be for all!
